I develop relationships with quality people, and serve their and their family's homeowner needs for life. I work by "the golden rule" and have deep respect for the confidence my clients place in me.

On the buying/selling process:

I educate my clients on what they need to know about buying and selling with up-to-date information. I am here to lead my clients through the buying and/or selling process, managing expectations every step of the way. Together, we create a strategy to help them achieve their buying and selling goals. I will negotiate and problem solve -whatever it takes to create an extraordinary experience for my clients and help them achieve their goals. How can my client best be served? This is the anchor question I ask throughout our entire relationship. It is about my clients needs, not mine.

On experience:

Since I have been in this business since 1995, I have developed skills that help the first time buyer to the senior who is ready to finally sell the family home. I have been through fast, hot markets, and slow, difficult markets. I am a Managing Broker, which is essentially an "advanced" license. I have my Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation, my Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation, have sat on the Windermere Senior Transitions Steering Committee, and have taken countless hours of continuing education to keep up with the latest trends in real estate. All this to be better at what I do for my clients.

On creating a winning team:

When we work together, it is a team effort. It is crucial to have good open lines of communication. Over the years, I have collected an excellent team of dedicated and reliable inspectors, lenders, escrow professionals and other folks who will make your transition smooth and pleasant.
